On the net restaurant guideline and food purchasing system Zomato on Saturday reported it is introducing up to 10 times of ‘period leaves’ for all girls workforce to establish a far more inclusive function culture in the organisation.
“At Zomato, we want to foster a culture of believe in, truth of the matter and acceptance. Starting now, all girls (such as transgender people) at Zomato can avail up to ten times of period leaves in a calendar year,” Zomato Founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal reported in a site publish.
