The Sustainable Improvement Plans set a triple educational goal: strengthen obtain to, excellent of, and gender equity in schooling. This paper files the effectiveness of a multifaceted educational program, pursuing these 3 objectives at the same time. Employing an experiment in 229 schools in rural Rajasthan (India), the review measures the effects of the program on students’ school participation and academic performance in excess of two decades, although also examining heterogeneous impacts across gender and first discovering capability.
