BJP leaders, which include Patra, have posted several tweets to attack the Congress over the purported ‘toolkit’.

On Might 19, the Congress lodged a law enforcement grievance trying to find registration of circumstances against BJP main J P Nadda, Union minister Smriti Irani, BJP basic secretary B L Santosh and Patra over the alleged forgery of files.

The Chhattisgarh unit of the Congress’ pupils wing NSUI also lodged a grievance against Patra and former main minister Raman Singh for allegedly “forging” the letterhead of AICC Analysis Office and printing “false and fabricated” material on it. On the basis of the grievance, a circumstance has been submitted against Patra and Singh at the Civil Traces law enforcement station in Raipur.
