Italy Starts Easing Lockdown, Rebooting Its Stricken Economy

MILAN—Workers returned to factories and people went for walks in parks as Italy started to loosen its lockdown, which was imposed 8 months in the past to battle one of the world’s worst coronavirus outbreaks.

But worries hung over the peninsula about a pandemic that might revive, and a struggling financial system that might consider substantially longer to bounce again.
