High prices bring down soyameal export by 59% in August

Exports of soyameal dropped by 58.93 for each cent in August in see of higher costs that manufactured the commodity lose its aggressive edge in the worldwide sector.

General oilmeal exports

The total oilmeal exports stood at one.seventy one lakh tonnes (lt) in August in opposition to two.62 lt in July. For the period of time April-August, total oilmeal exports stood at 10.91 lt ( 10.13 lt) recording a development of eight for each cent.

Bangladesh imported one.sixty lt (one.07 lt) of oilmeals from India. This involved 66,913 tonnes of ricebran extractions, 93,005 tonnes of rapeseed food and 141 tonnes of soyameal.

Taiwan imported 37,496 tonnes (63,241 tonnes) of oilmeals from India. This involved 24,523 tonnes of castormeal, 10,663 tonnes of rapeseed food, and two,310 tonnes of soyameal.

The US imported forty eight,169 tonnes (93,225 tonnes) of oilmeals from India. This involved forty seven,325 tonnes of soyameal and little quantity of rapeseed food.
