The Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has reported that the Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Settlement on Price tag Assurance and Farm Companies Act, 2020 makes sure that no restoration shall be designed from the farmer if the default by the farmer is because of to power majeure.
